How the Porch Store works
Browse here in Porchlandia. When you choose an item, the button opens that exact product in Printful’s Quick Store for options, shipping, and secure checkout. Printful makes, ships, and supports the physical order. Porchlandia does not receive your payment-card details.
Shipping
The Quick Store currently ships to United States addresses only. Every item is made to order. Available shipping methods, costs, taxes, and the delivery estimate appear at checkout. Printful sends the tracking information after the order ships.
Before you order
Please check the product, size, color, quantity, scent, delivery address, and personalization carefully before paying. Printful begins fulfillment quickly, so changes and cancellations are usually unavailable after an order is placed.
Returns, damage, and lost packages
Because each item is made to order, Printful does not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for buyer’s remorse. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact Printful within 30 days of delivery. If a package is lost, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Printful may ask for photos and will decide whether to reprint or refund the affected item.

Privacy
Porchlandia’s site runs on Ghost. If you join or subscribe, Ghost stores the email address and membership preferences needed to provide that service, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. When you choose an item, you move to Printful’s Quick Store. Printful and its payment providers handle the shipping, payment, and order information required to fulfill the purchase. Porchlandia does not receive or store your full card number.
